Public call for proposals for the Digital Transformation of SMEs (P4D 2025)
The project “DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF THE COMPANY PULKO VENTILI RUŠE D.O.O.” was awarded a subsidy within the framework of the Public Call for Proposals for the Digital Transformation of SMEs (P4D 2025).
The purpose of the investment of the company Pulko ventili Ruše d.o.o. is to achieve an advanced level of digitalization and a promising state of digital maturity.
The goal of the project is a comprehensive digital transformation, which includes the digital integration of the Intrix system with ERP for tracking and managing work orders; establishment of a customer satisfaction notification and analysis system; establishment of EDI; establishment of a database for monitoring and visualizing machine energy consumption and integration with ERP and MES systems; development of a system for remote monitoring and safe shutdown of idle machines; predictive maintenance of machine tools using artificial intelligence; development of a control panel for analyzing KPIs of invested and effective energy when processing parts on a machine; upgrading the digital workplace by introducing an HMI panel for visualizing machine operation; conducting workshops, internal training and introducing digital tools into everyday work; upgrading unsupported and vulnerable systems and programs to ensure security and stability of operation; establishment of a SIEM system (SigNoz), IT infrastructure (Uptime Kuma) and (Pi-hole) and implementation of the MTEH robot.
The investment will take place from 1 October 2024 to 20 February 2026.
The total value of the project is EUR 210,437.55.
The contractual value in the form of a subsidy is EUR 100,000.00.
The project is co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund.
