PVC plugs and PVC plug printing

Teflon Wrapping

At PVR, we offer a wide range of additional services, including Teflon wrapping. This process is essential to facilitate the wrapping of the valve into the cylinder and to ensure a long service life of the threads on the valves. Our team carefully processes each individual valve to ensure a quality finish and optimum fit. This service not only increases the reliability of the system, but also reduces the need for manual valve cone wrapping in filling stations, resulting in long-term savings for our customers.

Safety membranes (PN250, PN190, PN170 bar)

At PVR we understand the importance of ensuring high standards of safety and security in industrial processes. That is why we offer the possibility to purchase safety membranes integrated in our products as a spare part, as only original PVR safety membranes are designed and tested to allow 100% sealing of the safety valve and release of the cylinder pressure at the defined pressure.

Nickel Plating

One of these services is nickel plating of valves, for which we have partnered with an external specialist company that deals with such procedures. Their expertise and experience allow us to offer our customers valve systems that are not only aesthetically appealing, but also extremely resistant to corrosion and other environmental influences. In this way, we ensure the highest quality standards and satisfaction of our customers, who can rely on the long-term and problem-free operation of our products.
